Isopods are a bio active cleaner crew that work in harmony with roaches, and many other bugs to keep your bins or vivariums clean. If your going to keep these with roaches I highly recomend a coir fiber substrate for the isopods to live in. Keep a partially moist substrate for the isopods. They make a great food source for anything that eats small bugs.
